For the rest of it I did not really get what you meant Kathleen talking about "Plant/Bedding because of our good soil and the Kalamazoo River." Also the pen pals and blogs, how would I add that into the Concept map? I am little confused and do not want to do it wrong so let me know! :) Sorry if I am being difficult!

Concept Map Revision
I am adding more to the Concept map and I have already branched off of Things we Created and Dreams we shared all I need left is stuff to branch off for Places We Built. (Courtney if you have things for that, that'd be perfect if not I'll research some things!) Just let me know, thanks!

No worries! You aren't being difficult at all!! I'm not sure that there really is a right or wrong way to do it. We might be able to do a whole separate branch off for technologies?? (actually, that might be wrong haha) I am not sure either because it connects to everything. Now that I am thinking about the concept map specifically I don't think we can really finish it until we finish our websites because each of us have to create new lesson plans etc for the site and I think they have to be in our map. So don't hurry to finish it. The plant/bedding thing is ... well I just know that kalamazoo is known for having good soil because of the kalamazoo river, which is why we have so many greenhouses. So maybe greenhouses is really what we need to add. I think that it is maybe places we've built, as in a reputation for having good soil/plants? But if you don't want to add it, it's kind of iffy anyways so that's fine, my feelings won't be hurt :)
ReplyDeleteDo you want specific examples of places we've built in Kalmazoo? Sorry, I may have not understood all of this...my brain is a little fried. The places I've been using are: Henderson Castle, Bronson Park, East Hall, and The State Hospital - mainly the Water Tower cause it's the only original part of the building still standing.
ReplyDeleteWell whatever things you have done for our other assignments I guess. As far as greenhouses or whatever, I don't think that we would be able to do specific things. I am at work right now so I don't know what was on our original concept map but that stuff would be good. Ill be back on later tonight probably.
